Using Motion
Motion is a work product. You connect an inbox, review drafts, and send mail you approve. Don’t use it to spam people or pretend to be someone else.
// Plain English
Terms
Short and accurate. Not a lawyer page. How you use Motion, and what we don’t do.
You approve every send. We don’t sell your mail. Privacy is the fuller read on data.
// The short version
Your mail
Mail still lives in your inbox. We read quiet and open-loop signals — not your whole mailbox. The Privacy page is the fuller read.
Your account
One person, one workspace. You can leave. Disconnect removes that inbox’s access.
If this breaks
We may close a workspace that abuses the product. Email us if you need an export or a delete.
